House Rules: Check-in: 16:00, Check-out: 10:00, Max. occupancy: 5, Max. adults: 4, strictly no smoking, unfortunately we cannot accept pets.

Parking: one space available, parking permit provided must be displayed, further parking in guest space or on road subject to availability

General: gas central heating, broadband internet, iron and board, washing machine/dryer, large cupboard in hallway suitable for storing some sufboards/bodyboards and beach equipment, garden space for use by guests.

Living room: 2 x 2 seater sofas, nest of tables, smart TV, stunning views of Fistral beach

Kitchen: electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, 8 place table setting, crockery, range of beer, wine and tumbler glasses, full range of cooking utensils and cookware. Tea towels and oven gloves supplied.

Dining area: 4 seater table (can extend to set 5) child's high chair

Bathrooms: bathroom 1- toilet,sink and bath with shower, bathroom 2 (ensuite)-toilet sink and shower. towels and bath mats provided

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Kingsize double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, Bedroom 2: 2 single beds with additional pull out truckle bed (suitable for a child only), built in Wardrobe, dressing table, bedside cabinets. Bed linen provided.
